Service Sales Technician

- Pay: $50,000 to $85,000 annually based on performance, experience, and sales ability
- Commission: 10% on sales opportunities you generate and close
- Schedule: Full-time with work hours between 7 AM to 7 PM based on appointments
- Expected Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week with overtime opportunities
- Rotating on-call schedule for weekends
- Company vehicle provided with gas covered

- Work as a Service Sales Technician serving Austin, Texas (78610) and surrounding areas including Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and or light commercial HVAC systems
- Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and upgrade options
- Identify and present opportunities for equipment upgrades, service plans, and system replacements
- Deliver clear, honest, and persuasive recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate service records and sales documentation
- Represent the company with professionalism on every service call
- 3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Experience working with refrigeration systems
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills for HVAC systems
- Proven ability to communicate with customers and recommend solutions
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and close opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and rotating weekends
