The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portal development as well as experience in Data development including BI Dashboards using BI tools. Knowledge in Application development frameworks like Java full stack is a plus.Essential Responsibilities (must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation):Hands on experience with common libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, Gradle, and Apache Maven is a plusCreate and schedule stored procedures to automate Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations for moving data between various data stores.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Programming and the ability to write efficient stored procedures.Investigates new technologies and advances, especially in area of business intelligence.Troubleshoots and resolves data, system and performance issues.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common objectives, ability to anticipate problem areas and negotiate deliverables.Perform development activities as part of a scrum team.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field7+ years' experience working with enterprise level reporting and application development.Knowledge and understanding of the following technologies and libraries are a plus: J2EE, Spring Boot, Grails, NodeJSStrong T-SQL skills, including 5+ years' experience building and modifying stored procedures, functions, creating tables and views. Writing complicated SQLs and optimizing badly performing queries.
