Data Analyst

The team is hiring a Business Information Analyst to support rapid development of financial dashboards after a significant technology underspend in Q3 exposed gaps in budget visibility tools. The ideal candidate leans toward data engineering - with Python, SQL, Snowflake, and visualization tool experience - and will initially build proof-of-concept dashboards using Claude/AI tools, then transition into a liaison role if a third-party vendor is engaged for scaled builds.

Required Skills & Experience

Primary need: Hands-on builder for AI-assisted, HTML-based dashboards replacing traditional Tableau/Power BI workflows
Data infrastructure: Candidate must understand data pipelines and architecture; current data lives in CSV/SharePoint extracts, with Snowflake as the long-term target
Technical stack: Python, SQL, Snowflake familiarity; visualization tool experience (Power BI, Tableau) valued even though not directly used
AI fluency: Experience with Claude or Cursor preferred; at minimum, a strong willingness to fully embrace AI tooling
Communication: Must be able to gather requirements and liaise with external vendors/technical teams
