About the Job The Chambers of Akshay Mohiley is hiring a Litigation Associate to join its team. The role offers exposure to commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with opportunities to independently handle matters while working on diverse commercial disputes. Eligibility LL.B. degree from a recognized university. 1.5–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation. Strong legal drafting, research, and court appearance skills. Experience in commercial disputes, arbitration, banking, real estate, or corporate litigation will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage legal matters. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy. Appear before courts and tribunals as required. Handle commercial litigation matters, including arbitration, banking, real estate, and corporate disputes. Coordinate with clients and manage case files efficiently. Compensation As per industry standards, based on experience and merit.
