Schedule: Flexible 9/80-style schedule with 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. start options, 9-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, 8-hour shifts on Fridays, and every other Friday off. Duties and Responsibilities: Analysis of information, data, or opportunities to make the best decision in how to strategically quote for purposes of positioning winning the business Review customer specifications to ensure quote is technically compatible and competitive Match supplier capabilities to customer specifications by demonstrating knowledge of material commodities Maintain a current understanding of bid strategies and market conditions Review plans and specifications, generate proposals, and handle customer inquiries Regular follow up with customers and sales reps to build relationships and ensure proposals, deliverables and other communications meet customer's needs Aid in solving customer complaints and/or inquiries Interact with various departments as needed to support sales and complete tasks At times, perform as the account lead where no salesperson is assigned or the customer's needs warrant direct service Ability to work effectively in fast paced and time sensitive environment Maintain accurate documentation/paperwork and files Incorporate use of technological capabilities to improve processes and efficiency Interface with Operations, Engineering and Quality to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction Other special projects as assigned by the Business Operations Manager About the Company: C&M Precision Tech is a third-generation, family- and veteran-owned precision manufacturer based in Hudson, New Hampshire.
