Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy licensure required
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of educational environments and IEP processes a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, parents, and students
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting students across K-12 age groups

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals and IEPs
• Document progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success
• Engage in regular communication with school staff and families to maximize therapy outcomes
• Adapt intervention strategies for various learning styles and needs
