In addition, they verify any warranty and service contract coverage and identify and inform customers of any additional vehicle maintenance or repair opportunities deemed valuable to maintain vehicle safety and performance. The Service Advisor is an excellent opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations of the service department. Whether answering and making phone calls and emails or assisting service customers face to face, you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer has a positive, lasting experience with Berlin City Auto Group. Pay Range: $100,000- $110,000 annuallyWho You Are:You are passionate about taking care of the customer and have the knowledge to educate them about what is going on with their vehicle in terms they can understandYou are professional, career-minded, with character, skill, and drive;You value continual training & professional developmentYou have a proven ability to set and achieve targeted goalsYou consistently meet or exceed productivity and service standardsYou possess exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skillsYou work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous mannerYou have keen technical skills and thrive on learningEssential Functions:Provide every customer with an estimate of repair costs, including parts and labor, or identification of warranty coverage after a complete assessment is completed on the vehicle.Provide customers authorization timely for additional repairs that may be needed before the repairs are completed.Establish a realistic and specific time promise (including waiters) for each customer.Maintain an accurate job tracking sheet that provides a proper workload based on daily calculations of group capability.
