Merchandising & Store Operations Lead

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Traverse City store to drive merchandising and seamless store operations. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram execution, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment. Responsibilities include leading SOP compliance, maintaining pricing accuracy, executing promotions, and coaching team members.
