About the Role We are seeking a Market Development Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Market Development Analyst, you will drive strategic growth by conducting comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and business opportunity assessments that inform organizational strategy. This position plays a key role in identifying emerging market trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and uncovering growth opportunities within the clinical research industry. You'll collaborate with business development, marketing, and strategy teams to translate market insights into actionable recommendations that position Parexel competitively in an evolving marketplace. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing market data, researching competitor activities, evaluating business opportunities, and developing client insights, with opportunities to deepen your expertise in healthcare market dynamics and strategic planning. The actual salary offered may vary within this range based on several factors, including the position and level offered, skills, education, training, experience, professional achievements, and location. Some roles may also be eligible for additional incentives, bonuses, or other compensation programs.
