Req'd: Bach. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Eng'g, 2 yrs of superv. or mngmt exp. in glass manufacturing operations plus 24 mos. exp. w/each of the follow.: devel. & document. procedures i.e. SOPs & ISO 9001; using Quality Eng’g methods in inspection; Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing techniques; & glass decoration & manufacturing processes.
