Physician Anesthesiology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Anesthesiology Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-residency experience and possess a valid Idaho license or IMLC, DEA, and CSR certifications. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly pay rate of $351.00.

• Provide anesthesiology services primarily in Boise, with occasional coverage at Nampa location (a minimum of 2 full weeks per month preferred).
• Support both outpatient and inpatient procedures, including OB and Level II Trauma cases.
• Perform regional anesthesia and work within supervising or care team models.
• Cover scheduled shifts including day, night, weekend, and call duties as outlined.

• Boise Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends.
• Call Schedule: In-house weeknights (1500-0700) 1-2 nights/month, with next-day post-call, and pre-shift pre-call.
• Weekend coverage includes in-house weekend shifts (Fri 1500-0700 and Sun 0700-0700 or Sat 0700-0700).
• Nampa Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends, including night float OB coverage and pager call responsibilities.

• Level II Trauma, community-based hospital with 4 ORs and OB services handling approximately 1200 deliveries/year.
• Support staff: 4/1 supervision ratio.
• Procedures include comfortable performance of own cases, regional anesthesia, and OB delivery coverage.

• Minimum of 1-year post-residency experience.
• Valid Idaho license or IMLC license.
• DEA and CSR certifications.
