The Chief of Staff will be the linchpin for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring that company priorities are translated into action and that the organization is moving forward with clarity and discipline. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 4-7+ years of experience in demanding environments such as strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar fields. Strong analytical skills, exceptional written and visual communication, and deep hands-on AI fluency are essential. The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker, with executive judgment, and a mission-oriented approach. Healthcare experience, particularly in health insurance, benefits, payer/provider technology, digital health, or healthcare services, is strongly preferred.
