• Previous experience in a school or classroom setting, especially as a paraprofessional, is highly desirable

• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Adaptability—comfortable working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a safe, inclusive environment

What you’ll do:

• Assist students during classroom activities, reinforcing lessons alongside certified teachers
• Provide one-on-one or group support to students who may need extra help
• Encourage positive behavior and help implement individual education plans (IEPs) under teacher direction
• Foster a supportive learning space where every student can thrive
• Monitor and document student progress, reporting observations to the teaching staff
• Help with classroom preparation, organization, and administrative tasks as needed
