VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Delaware-licensed Physician (MD/DO) to provide preventive health services during a three-day corporate wellness clinic in Wilmington, Delaware .

This is a structured outpatient assignment with approximately 20 scheduled patients per clinic day , onsite clinical support, no insurance billing, no hospital rounds, and no call responsibilities.

Availability for all three dates is strongly preferred, but not required. If you are available for only one or two clinic days, we still encourage you to apply.

About the Opportunity

The physician will provide preventive wellness services to employees participating in an onsite workplace health program.

You will conduct general wellness assessments, review health histories and risk factors, discuss screening results, provide preventive care recommendations, and identify when additional evaluation or follow-up with a primary care provider or specialist may be appropriate.

The clinic is designed to allow the physician to focus on patient care. Patient scheduling, administrative coordination, and onsite clinical support are provided.

Following the onsite clinic, the physician will also complete separately scheduled telemedicine consultations to review laboratory results with participating employees. Telemedicine services are compensated at $140 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive wellness examinations and health assessments
• Review patient medical histories, current concerns, medications, and relevant risk factors
• Discuss screening findings and laboratory results
• Provide individualized health education and preventive-care recommendations
• Counsel patients regarding appropriate follow-up and next steps
• Refer patients for additional evaluation or ongoing care when clinically indicated
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Conduct scheduled telemedicine laboratory-result consultations following the clinic
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Delaware physician license
• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or another relevant primary care specialty
• At least three years of post-training clinical experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Comfortable practicing independently within a defined outpatient preventive-care scope
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-education skills
• Professional and comfortable working in a corporate environment
• Proficient with electronic documentation and basic computer systems
• Able to reliably commute to Wilmington, DE 19809

Technology Requirement

Physicians must bring a personal laptop or tablet capable of securely connecting to the company-provided electronic charting system. Login credentials and system guidance will be provided prior to the clinic.

Physicians may provide services individually or through a professional corporation or other authorized legal entity, subject to applicable licensing and contracting requirements.
