Job Description

MVNY is seeking a full-time candidate to join our growing Marketing department. As an expanding marketing and Communications (sales) firm, we have become our clients’ go-to source for funding, strategy, and business development. Given our success, we are now adding new names to our portfolio. We are building our firm from the ground up and need a driven individual to help us strategize, manage client accounts, and meet our clients’ demands quickly. This is a full-time position offering paid training to catch you up to the team’s speed.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $48-60k, with additional commission as a bonus.

Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in:

• Engaging in B2B sales and business development campaigns
\n
• Building client relationships and assisting with account management
\n
• Reading and evaluating client documents
\n
• Answering questions and addressing concerns through in-person interactions
\n
• Participating in face-to-face (F2F) meetings and client interactions
\n
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
\n
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Using KPI tracking systems to monitor sales and account activity
\n
• Managing and training other departments
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
\n
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a customer service role (internships and volunteer work considered)
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
\n
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new responsibilities
\n
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
\n

We provide full training for the right candidate but are looking for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged. Our ideal candidate is eager to develop into a leadership role within the first six months. As we build new marketing teams, there will be opportunities to train new recruiters and oversee projects. If you’re a fast learner who is comfortable taking on new responsibilities, we encourage you to apply, even without direct experience.
