Electrical Estimator - Tenant Improvement & Service

Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking an Electrical Estimator for a well-established electrical contractor in the Tampa, FL area. This position will focus primarily on commercial tenant improvements, buildouts, renovations, service work, and other small-to-midsize electrical projects ranging from approximately $7,500 to $1M. Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates for commercial tenant improvement, buildout, renovation, and service projects. Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and customer requests to determine project requirements. Perform material and labor takeoffs and obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors. Prepare proposals, scope clarifications, exclusions, and pricing revisions. Manage multiple estimates and quick-turn opportunities at various stages simultaneously. Coordinate with customers, project managers, vendors, and field personnel throughout the estimating and project turnover process. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial electrical estimating experience preferred. Experience with tenant improvements, buildouts, renovations, service work, or small projects strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, materials, labor requirements, and construction practices. Ability to effectively estimate projects ranging from small service work to approximately $1M. Electrical estimating software experience; Accubid experience is a plus.
