Location: Mutual Housing on the Boulevard - Sacramento, CA 95824
Hours: 30+ Hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $23.00 per hour Job Summary: Our Resident Services team connects Mutual Housing affordable housing residents with opportunity through a wide range of direct services and community building strategies. Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals. Responsibilities:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, & Employee Assistant Program: Kaiser plan fully covered for Employee and dependents
- Optional Life, Long Term Disability, Critical Illness, Identity Theft Protection and Accident Insurance
- Generous paid time off, including 16 paid holidays which includes the week between Christmas and New Years
- 2 Floating Holidays (16 hours)
- 401K Plan with company match up to 6%

- Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals
- Provide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management
- Build relationships with residents and host community‑building activities
- Connect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans
- 1+ year experience in social services (property‑based experience a plus)
- Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low‑income communities
- Strong communication, judgment, and relationship‑building skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided)
- Driver’s license required
- Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check
