Production Support Engineer - Hedge Fund

I'm working with a systematic hedge fund, who are looking for a production support engineer, in Chicago or New York, to work within their LLM platform.

The role focusses on supporting engineers and business users accessing internally hosted and external LLMs, troubleshooting API and model-provider issues, monitoring platform performance and managing incidents through to resolution.

Stack: Python, Bash/Powershell, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes

They're looking for someone with production support experience, strong troubleshooting skills and an interest in AI/LLM platforms.
