Position Highlights Specialty: Vascular Surgery — joining an established group practice Schedule: Monday–Friday with 1–2 dedicated surgical days per week Call: 1:4 rotation, with vascular coverage adjusted based on volume and surgical load Patient Volume: 10–15 patients per clinic day; 8–10 procedures per week Patient Mix: Majority outpatient surgical cases with inpatient consult coverage as needed Practice Setting: 500‑bed academic‑level community hospital with Joint Commission PVD designation and Center of Excellence designation for weight‑loss surgery Billing & Coding: Handled entirely in‑house — no administrative burden on the physician What We Offer Guaranteed base salary with production bonus incentive Physician vacation time off plus CME time with stipend Billing, coding, and collections managed in‑house Malpractice insurance provided Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Why El Paso El Paso consistently ranks among the safest large cities in the United States, making it an exceptional place to live, work, and raise a family.
