Warehouse Operator Pay: $25.69 Shift Differential: $1.00 (After 8PM) Shift & Working Hours: Monday-Friday; 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Shift schedules could include days, nights, weekends, some holidays, hours subject to business needs As a Warehouse Operator, you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our warehouse operations: coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pick and load product using a variety of forklifts (stand-up, reach truck, sit-down, walkie rider pallet jack), organize storage areas based on FIFO, assist with cycle counts, and maintain a safe and clean work area. Warehouse Operator is a labor-intensive job which includes but not limited to: receiving inbound shipments to confirm documentation such as BOL's or COA's, picking orders in the warehouse with the use of RF scanner to select the correct product from the racks based on FIFO, palletizing product/shrink wrap to secure and transfer pallets to the loading dock, loading outbound orders for delivery in a safe and efficient manner. This role is part of our Dairy Food business who creates dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness. Key Responsibilities: Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area Required Experience and Skills: Must be 18 years or older 1+ year of warehousing work experience Stand up/sit down forklift or reach truck experience Electric pallet Jack experience Basic computer and math skills Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful Preferred Experience: Inventory control or cycle count experience Order picking experience RF scanner experience Physical Requirements: Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime About Land O'Lakes, Inc.
