Senior HR GeneralistWe're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Generalist who enjoys building relationships and partnering with leaders and employees across a broad range of HR functions. In this role, you'll provide guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, and organizational initiatives. You will serve as a trusted HR resource, helping navigate complex workplace matters, drive key HR projects, and contribute to initiatives that support both business success and a positive employee experience. This hybrid role provides the flexibility to work remotely two days per week while maintaining meaningful collaboration with colleagues and business leaders across the organization.As a Sr. HR Generalist, you'll partner with business leaders and employees to provide thoughtful, practical HR guidance while supporting a broad range of HR functions. Key responsibilities include:Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR partners.Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees by providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, corrective action, and other complex issues.Advise business units on policy interpretation and help navigate policy and procedure changes when needed.Manage employee relations investigations and escalated employee concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.Manage escalated leave of absence administration and help ensure employees and leaders understand their responsibilities throughout the process.Conduct compensation analyses and FLSA audits to support equitable and compliant pay practices.Analyze HR data, employee feedback, and exit interview trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements that support organizational effectiveness.Support compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.Mentor and support HR Coordinators as they develop their HR knowledge and skills.Lead and support HR initiatives, projects, and programs that enhance employee experience and support business objectives.Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.We're looking for an HR professional who combines strong HR knowledge with sound judgment, curiosity, and a genuine interest in understanding the business.
