About the Position

This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and termination.

McDonald’s USA does not control employment decisions at this restaurant and will not receive your employment application or participate in the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

As a Crew Team Member, you may:

• Connect with customers and help create a positive experience

• Take customer orders and assist them with their favorite McDonald’s meals

• Prepare McDonald’s menu items according to established standards

• Work with other Crew Members and Managers to meet daily restaurant goals

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant

• Complete other restaurant duties as needed

Previous restaurant experience is not required. We are looking for people who:

• Have a positive attitude

• Are dependable and willing to learn

• Enjoy working with customers and other team members

• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We will provide the training you need to be successful.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available, including breakfast, lunch, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old to work as a Crew Team Member.
