Payroll Coordinator An electrical construction company in Pensacola is searching for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who will be responsible for developing, implementing and administer companywide payroll for employees, working in a company with a proven team-oriented culture. What you’ll be doing to make an impact: One or more years' experience processing Payroll and managing employee benefits Knowledge of basic labor law pertaining to wage and hour Construction accounting and prevailing wage payroll helpful Ability to cover front desk greeting visitors and answering phones Accounting experience is helpful but not required General math skills Computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate L evel), Outlook and any accounting software (helpful but not required) 10-key by touch.
