Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. ProCare Therapy has partnered with an excellent school district in Springboro, Ohio, seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist for the 2024-2025 school year. Read on for more details about this contract opportunity: Job Type This is a full time position, working with PK-1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in students, utilizing standardized tests and other diagnostic tools. Develop, customize, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student, setting specific, measurable goals for improvement in speech, language, and communication skills. Provide individual and group therapy sessions designed to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, fluency, and social communication skills, employing evidence‑based techniques and interventions. Pay $43-48/hr Qualifications Degree : Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders License / Certification : Must hold active Ohio SLP license CCCs encouraged School classroom experience preferred but not required, new grads also welcome!
