Business Analyst

Job TitlePartner with product managers and cross-functional agile teams (engineering, design, QA, data science, external vendor)Author highly detailed epics (very granular—often user-story level) including business rationale, problem statements, requirements, success metrics, acceptance criteriaCreate and/or review user stories authored by external vendor to ensure alignment and qualityDefine non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, etc.)Support UI/UX design by reviewing and guiding Figma prototypes from a user-centric perspectiveParticipate in full SDLC lifecycle: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release cycles, UAT support for large initiatives, bug triage and resolutionAssist with project coordination to ensure timely delivery of features and milestonesConduct market/country-level assessments for global rollout readinessSupport product evolution decisions (feature viability, adoption, cost vs. value)Collaborate on data and AI initiatives, including GenAI capabilitiesWork through complex vendor dynamics and push back when needed on technical delivery
