Mechanical Assembler | New Freedom, PA

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (or 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM) | $19/hr

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM | $19/hr + $3/hr Shift Differential

• 4-day work week with 3-day weekends

• Assemble medical and spa tables, beds, and related equipment
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools to complete assemblies
• Measure, align, and install components with precision
• Assist with upholstery, finishing, and shipping functions as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support multiple production areas
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a production environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Freedom, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in New Freedom,PA.
