Assist the agent and sales team with developing and implementing marketing processes to drive new customer acquisition Assist the Customer Service Team with administrative tasks required to efficiently manage the customer experience Collect customer and prospective customer requests and work with other staff to determine the next steps in meeting the customer’s needs.
