We are looking for an organized, people-focused coordinator to join our small HR team at Kendal at Hanover. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday through Friday, normal business hours) where you will be the main point of contact for position applicants. If you are looking to get into recruiting or expanding your HR skills, this is a great step. You won’t just be pushing paper, you will actively help us find great people, coordinate our hiring process as the initial welcoming presence for new staff, and be an active part of the HR team supporting all staff.

What you will actually do here:

• Run the daily logistics for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to seek and select candidates for open positions.
• Screen applicants and chat with candidates to see if they are a good fit.
• Help to ensure a smooth positive hiring experience for new staff.
• Keep our HR files, reports, and applicant tracking system updated and organized.
• As a member of the HR Team, help to support staff and foster positive, rewarding employee experience for all staff.

This is an onsite role because you will be interacting with our team and community daily. The standard hours are 8:00 to 4:30 or 8:30 to 5:00. You will need a little flexibility here and there to stay late or come in early to meet the needs of new staff or other work-related obligations.
