The Branch Manager Trainee in conjunction with existing Branch Management is responsible for the profitable and safe functioning of the branch. Learns and reviews all aspects of branch operations, interprets corporate goals, prepares, and executes annual budgets, and plans and implements sales and operational initiatives to achieve profitable business growth.
