We provide:* Competitive compensation and benefits* Work-life flexibility* Recognition and rewards* Development and career opportunities* A safe and inclusive workplace**Why You Will Love this Job**As the CAD Designer, you'll create and modify parametric 3D CAD models and production drawings across multiple engine platforms using Siemens NX — working from concept through production alongside other analysts, engineers and cross-functional teams.You'll also manage CAD data and change notifications through PTC Windchill PDMLink, ensuring designs meet applicable product compliance requirements including environmental and safety regulations.**Specific Responsibilities:*** Create 3D CAD models and 2D production drawings for engine components using Siemens NX* Design and develop components across multiple engine assembly platforms* Prepare conceptual layouts for new product proposals and modifications to current products* Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure designs are feasible and production-ready* Manage CAD data, file organization, and change notifications using PTC Windchill PDMLink* Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes including casting, molding, machining, stamping, and assembly* Support electrical design work including wire harness routing and connector layouts* Maintain structured CAD models and file organization per company standards**Requirements:*** Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Mechanical Design or related engineering field* Experience using 3D parametric CAD modeling software (Siemens NX or PTC Creo preferred); 3+ years preferred* Basic understanding of engine design and ability to create concepts of engine components### *\* Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.*### The Salary range for this position is $62,350.00-$77,950.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.Rehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
