Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care, evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate physical therapy treatment.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants and aides.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, patients, and facility staff.
• Participate in clinical meetings, in-services, and quality initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent.
• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and support therapy assistants and aides.
• Computer proficiency for clinical documentation.
• Ability to safely lift and assist patients up to 50 lbs.
