Quality Manager - Aerospace Manufacturing

Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant quality operations in our advanced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role oversees the quality management system, ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO standards and customer requirements for complex castings and precision machining. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, support PPAP and first article approvals, and partner with operations, engineering, and customers to reduce defects and scrap. This role champions safety, data-driven problem solving, and continuous improvement across the plant.
