Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation.Job OverviewAs a Quality Technician, GA/Chassis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our EV platform. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve our production standards. You may also be required to maintain calibrated test equipment, prepare test data, and identify areas for quality control improvement.What You'll Do:Inspection and Testing: Conduct detailed inspections of automotive components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsQuality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the production cycleContinuous Improvement: Actively participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues and prevent recurrenceCollaboration: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate quality standards and expectationsTraining and Development: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practicesWho You Are:High school diploma required (College degree or equivalent preferred but not required)2 or more years of experience in a Manufacturing, Quality, or Process focused roleStrong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skillsExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsStrong understanding of chassis or automotive assembly is preferredCalifornia Pay Range $25 — $32 USD Equal Opportunity Harbinger is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
