Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. * Perform preventive maintenance and installations while adhering to local codes and safety standards. * Interact professionally with customers: clearly explain system issues, recommend effective solutions, and present upgrade opportunities when appropriate. * Document all work accurately using company tools and drive a provided vehicle to job sites. * Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold high standards of professionalism in customers' homes. Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience. * Verifiable $750K+/year revenue * Active EPA Universal Certification. * Valid driver's license with clean record. * Must pass drug screen (we maintain a strict drug-free policy for safety and compliance). * Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. * Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
