Case Manager - Plaintiff Personal Injury

Our client is a sophisticated, highly respected Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in Houston that has built its reputation on exceptional client service, aggressive advocacy, and outstanding case results. They are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their growing team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in keeping cases moving efficiently from intake through settlement.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload from inception through settlement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication and exceptional customer service
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate treatment with medical providers and maintain ongoing communication regarding client care
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, liability, property damage, and settlement negotiations
• Draft demand packages and assist attorneys with settlement strategy
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Maintain detailed case notes and update the firm's case management system
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to maximize case outcomes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury case management experience
• Strong understanding of the pre-litigation process from intake through settlement
• Experience managing a significant caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records and bills
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
