Senior Accountant
Beacon Hill
Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. Review and reconcile daily revenue activity. Record and reconcile daily banking transactions. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses. Prepare month‑end journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. File sales and use tax returns. Process and reconcile credit card transactions. Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests. Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Experience with ERP/accounting software in a multi‑location environment. Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience supporting high‑volume revenue transactions and operational accounting.
