As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Grand Junction, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support tenants, guests, and staff through strong communication and customer service while bringing our agile, reliable, and innovative approach to every shift, with teamwork and integrity at the center of all you do.

Pay Rate: $16.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and activity across the location, report maintenance or security-related concerns, and communicate with property management and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
