What a Typical Day Looks Like * Start at our Pueblo West yard, load up, and head to the job site * Work with your crew installing foundation repair systems * Learn to run equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads * Complete the job, clean up, and head back to the yard What You'll Get * 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shifts) - most Fridays off * Weekly pay (direct deposit) * Paid overtime opportunities * Quarterly profit sharing (performance + safety based) * Medical, PTO, sick leave, IRA match * Company-provided shirts and safety gear * Annual boot reimbursement * Hands-on equipment training * Advancement opportunities (Laborer → Operator → Foreman) * Year-round, full-time work What We're Looking For * Able to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical work * Reliable transportation to our Centennial yard * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Ability to follow direction and work on a team * Professional and respectful on customer job sites Requirements * Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Pay $20.00 - $24.00 starting per hour (based on experience) Opportunities to advance into higher-paying roles.
