Position Overview The Bilingual Registered Nurse role at Palmetto Care Center in Hialeah, FL supports our mission to provide exceptional care and allow residents to live their lives to the fullest. This is a part‑time position available on 7a3p and 3p11p schedules. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to identify and address their physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and report patient progress, identify potential problems, and develop strategies to address them. Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self‑care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our patients.
