About the Pricing & Revenue Optimization Service Line: This newly launched global service line focuses on delivering pricing expertise across sectors, unlocking client value by transforming pricing models, strategy and execution. Role Overview: The Coordinator will provide strategic and operational support, project manage BU initiatives, and coordinate day‑to‑day operations, communications, and cross‑functional engagement within the Pricing Service Line. Responsibilities Collaborate with Pricing Service Line leadership to develop and track strategic and operational plans for the Business Unit (BU). Coordinate pricing service line growth initiatives and assist with project management of BU initiatives (capability building, go‑to‑market efforts, service line development). Prepare materials for BU planning, leadership meetings, and follow‑up. Support day‑to‑day operations of the BU, including maintaining the Community of Practice (CoP) site, knowledge‑sharing initiatives, communication infrastructure, and website content. Contribute to performance reporting, resource tracking, and internal communications. Collaborate with Knowledge Management, Data & Analytics teams to facilitate access to BU‑specific tools and IP. Liaise with core service teams to align on firm‑wide initiatives and support BU visibility. Partner with People team to develop and execute culture‑driving programs within BU. Requirements Undergraduate degree required. Proactive mindset with initiative and ability to improve processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to synthesize and present information clearly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Basic understanding of business concepts and their practical applications. Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot). Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Preference for 1–3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services setting. Benefits & Compensation In Illinois and Massachusetts, the base salary ranges from $50,000 – $58,000 USD. L.E.K. offers a performance bonus, profit sharing, and additional benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
