Job Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly communicative Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This individual will support hiring across customer-facing banking roles, including Bank Teller and Market Manager positions , while bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate is a full-desk recruiter with experience managing both recruiting and business development/sales activities. Experience with a startup, boutique recruiting firm, or entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred over a traditional staffing agency background. The successful candidate will be comfortable challenging conventional recruiting methods, thinking outside the box, and developing creative strategies to identify and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-desk recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, client/business partnership, and offer management.
• Recruit for Bank Teller, Market Manager, and other banking/customer-facing positions .
• Develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies to reach qualified, diverse, and hard-to-find candidates.
• Proactively identify new recruiting channels, talent pools, and engagement strategies rather than relying solely on traditional methods.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, position requirements, and market conditions.
• Deliver a high-touch, candidate-focused recruiting experience from initial outreach through placement.
• Leverage recruiting data, market insights, networking, social media, referrals, and alternative sourcing methods to improve hiring outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and recommend new approaches that improve efficiency, quality, and speed to hire.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-desk recruiting , including both recruiting and sales/business development.
• Experience recruiting high-volume or customer-facing positions preferred.
• Banking, financial services, or related industry recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop recruiting strategies beyond traditional sourcing methods.
• Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup, boutique recruiting firm, entrepreneurial, or innovative corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
