Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1

Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking an  Environmental Services Manager 1 to support operations in the Tulsa market. 

 

The ideal candidate will deliver strong customer service and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction, bringing experience from healthcare or hospitality environments where service excellence is essential. This manager will lead a small team, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability to ensure daily operations run smoothly, while consistently upholding Sodexo and client standards.

What You'll Do:

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce

What You Bring:

• experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops a team to exceed the expectations.
• have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;
• strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program.
• experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
• proficiency with computers and other technology;
• the ability to speak Spanish would be helpful in managing this workforce; 
• ability to work Monday - Friday, 1st-shift; with a weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
