WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Warmly greet and welcome every guest with confidence and professionalism
• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, and guest inquiries accurately
• Coordinate seating to maintain smooth and efficient dining room flow
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and the kitchen team
• Keep guests informed and comfortable during busy periods
• Monitor the dining room and anticipate guest and team needs
• Maintain a polished, organized host stand and entrance
• Assist the front-of-house team wherever needed
• Handle high-volume periods calmly while maintaining a positive attitude
• Create a first impression that guests remember

• Works well with a professional, team-oriented staff
• Can remain calm and gracious when the restaurant gets busy
• Has previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Is available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
