Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, NY. This role is responsible for advising clients on commercial and residential property opportunities, including identifying suitable properties, conducting viewings, and guiding clients through the transaction process. The Senior Property Consultant will analyze market trends, prepare property proposals, and support negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients. Daily activities include building and managing a portfolio of listings, maintaining strong relationships with developers and investors, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads and existing clients. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and upholding company standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with proven experience in commercial and residential property advisory or brokerage. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex real estate transactions. Candidates should possess strong negotiation, analytical, and market research skills to evaluate properties and support data-driven recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and meet targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
