Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and intricate clinical laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to immunology and hematology-while adhering to established laboratory protocols.
• Interpret test results with a keen eye for detail, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that lab instruments undergo preventative maintenance and precise calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary in a meticulous manner.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace while fully complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) achieved within one year of employment.
