Phlebotomist

Location Warren, NJ Schedule Monday – Friday 7:45am – 4:15pm Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist. 2.5 years or more of phlebotomy experience (preferred). A phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency (alternative to experience). Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Pay Range $17.75–$24.00 per hour.
