Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Med/Surg and ER departments, demonstrating proficiency in administering IV medications and working collaboratively as a part of a healthcare team.

Position Details

Shift: Full-time, Night shift (1900-0700)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Kansas or multistate license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA
• Preferred experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Demonstrated experience in both Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in both Med/Surg and ER departments
• Administer IV medications accurately and safely
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the medical team
