You’re a Fit If You Have experience in recruiting or automation-focused operations. Have experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, Apollo, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, ChatGPT, or Claude. Can rapidly build systems and workflows (scrapers, sequences, or automations) to handle high-volume candidate sourcing and outreach. Think in systems — you automate once and scale forever.
