Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals experiencing mental health crises, families affected by trauma, and clients dealing with the repercussions of addiction and domestic violence. Your expertise will be vital in providing culturally competent care that respects and validates each client’s unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

  • A strong foundation in providing effective counseling services to a broad range of populations, showcasing empathy and understanding.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or community health setting, providing mental health support directly to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
