One weekday off is provided each week to maintain a 40-hour schedule.Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or based on the unique needs of the community.Leasing Consultant| Education, Experience, and License QualificationsEducation :High School or GED equivalent.Experience:One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not requiredLicenses & Certifications:Valid Driver's LicenseA Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP) is a plusHawthorne's Total Rewards Package | Compensation and BenefitsLeasing-Specific Benefits : Leasing Consultants are eligible for monthly leasing and renewal commissions, and leasing incentive programs, in addition to their hourly compensation.Professional Benefits : Leasing Consultant Today – Assistant Community Manager Tomorrow!
